We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, as our room and bathroom were spotless. The hotel facilities were great, especially the comfortable bar with a wide selection of beers and live football on TV. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and handling our requests efficiently. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, as it was close to public transportation, including the underground, making it easy to access the tube and explore the city. the hotel was conveniently located not far from central London by tube, providing easy access to all the top tourist attractions.
It was all superb.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making me feel at ease during my stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and local pubs within walking distance. the hotel's proximity to the Overground Station and bus stop made transportation incredibly convenient. I was able to explore the city easily, using the nearby district line to travel to various attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the facilities met all my needs.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were excellent. The big comfy bed and spacious bathroom with a choice of shower or rain shower were amazing. The location was very convenient, with Gunnersbury Station just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to get around this city. Public transport was easily accessible, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. The breakfast was lovely, and we especially enjoyed the fresh omelette made by the chef upon request. The staff, particularly the reception staff, were professional and welcoming.
