We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and in great order. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the outdoor deck area with the fire feature in the water was very cool. We enjoyed the happy hour at the elite member lounge and the variety of snacks for breakfast. Additionally, the location was perfect with shops and restaurants right behind the hotel.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy. The comfortable beds and amazing city views made for a memorable stay. The hotel had complete facilities and even a hi-tech and efficient elevator. The staff was also polite and helpful. No negatives.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, with a mall and outdoor area right next to it. The hotel staff, especially Yuri, was extremely professional and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and a nice city view. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the Ahmanson Theater, where we were going to see a play.
