I had a truly magnificent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and valued. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and it offered a breathtaking view of the city, including the iconic Staple Center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic fitness room and a heated rooftop pool that had plenty of seating and shaded areas. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a plethora of dining options and shopping within walking distance. the cleanliness, friendly staff, amazing view, and convenient location were the highlights of my stay.

We were thrilled to be put in an executive king suite, providing us with a spacious and comfortable room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, leaving us with a pleasant and hygienic environment throughout our stay. The hotel facilities, including the fitness room and rooftop pool, were both well-maintained and enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was situated in the downtown area and right next door to the Staples Center. This provided us with convenient access to various dining options and shopping opportunities nearby. We also want to acknowledge and thank Nathan and Tory from the staff, who were extremely pleasant, personable, and helpful during our stay.
